IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHEMES

Brightstar Resources Limited (ASX: BTR ) ( Brightstar or the Company ) refers to the announcement today 2 December 2025 cross-released by Aurumin Limited (ACN 639 427 099) ( Aurumin or AUN ) confirming the Implementation of the Schemes of Arrangement (Schemes) for Brightstar and Aurumin merger. Today, Brightstar has acquired 100% of the shares in Aurumin, and all Aurumin options have been cancelled in exchange for New Brightstar options.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Schemes[1] , all eligible Aurumin security holders have today been issued with:

• Under the Share Scheme of Arrangement, one (1) New BTR Share for every four (4) AUN Shares held at 4:00pm AWST on Tuesday 25 November 2025 (Record Date).

• Under the Options Scheme of Arrangement, one (1) New BTR Option for every four (4) AUN Options held on the Record date.
