ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

CHANGES IN DIRECTORS INTERESTS

The Board of A1 Minerals Ltd are pleased to advise that following the appointment of Mr Ross Louthean as a Non Executive Director, they have resolved to issue him with 500,000 options to acquire ordinary shares in A1 Minerals Limited, subject to shareholder approval.

The options when issued will have similar terms to those ‘Director Options’ already on issue, they will vest immediately and will be exercisable at 20 cents each on or before 30 November 2011.

Attached for the information of the market are an initial Directors Interest Notice for Mr Louthean and a final Directors Interest Notice for Mr Tim Hronsky.

Also attached is an Appendix 3B for the cancellation of options on the cessation of Mr Tim Hronsky as a Director.
