Description

The securities of Brightstar Resources Limited (‘BTR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BTR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 31 July 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Brightstar Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Brightstar Resources Limited (“Brightstar”) hereby requests a trading halt from ASX effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

Brightstar requests the trading halt last from receipt of the request until the release of the announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on day 31 July 2023.

Brightstar is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
