ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT
As announced to the ASX on 20 December 2016, Stone Resources Australia Limited (ASX: SHK) (the Company ) has raised $1,000,000 by way of a private placement to a sophisticated investor known to the Company through the issue of 30,303,030 Shares at an issue price of $0.033 per Share.
The investor is not a related party of the Company or Stone Resources Limited (the controlling shareholder of the Company).
The issue price was determined by reference to the average price per Share that Stone Resources Limited paid to acquire control of the Company in 2011.
