REDEMPTION OF CONVERTIBLE NOTE

Stone Resources Australia Limited (the Company) would like to advise that, by the attached notice, it has exercised its right to early redemption of the \$1,525,315.07 Convertible Note it issued to Easy Prestige Limited (Easy Prestige) on or about 6 September 2012 (Convertible Note).

The Company has redeemed the Convertible Note by paying the amount of \$1,525,315.07 to Easy Prestige and this redemption is in full satisfaction of the Company's obligations under the Convertible Note.

STONE RESOURCES AUSTRALIA LIMITED ACN 100 727 491 (SRAL) REDEMPTION NOTICE - CONVERTIBLE NOTE DEED (DEED)

To: The Noteholder Easy Prestige Limited Units 2703-6, 27/F Convention Plaza Office Tower 1 Harbour Road Wanchai Hong Kong

BACKGROUND

• A. On or around 10 July 2012, the Noteholder and SRAL executed a Secured Converting Loan Aareement.
• B. On 6 September 2012 SRAL drew down on the Secured Converting Loan Agreement and on the same day SRAL issued the Noteholder with the Convertible Note.

OPERATIVE PART

In accordance with clause 6.1 of the Deed, notice is hereby given that the Convertible Note issued to the Noteholder under the Deed will be redeemed on the terms set out below:

Convertible Note Being Redeemed	Convertible Note with the Certificate Number 1 and a face value of \$1,525,315.07
Redemption Amount	\$1,525,315.07
Method of payment	Cash
Place for return of Convertible Note Certificate	Stone Resources Australia Limited 1st Floor, 265 Great Eastern Highway, Belmont WA 6104

The Redemption Amount is to be poid by SRAL to the Noteholder within 5 business days of receipt of this Notice and is in full satisfaction of SRAL's obligations to the Noteholder under the Deed. The Noteholder must return to SRAL an original executed copy of this Redemption Notice and the Convertible Note Certificate within this 5 business day period.
