. Extension of Closing Date for Share Purchase Plan

Under the terms of the A1 Minerals Limited Share Purchase Plan announced on 7[th] November 2011 A1 Minerals Limited has decided to extend the closing date of the Share Purchase Plan.

After the initial lodgement indications from shareholders suggested that there was insufficient time to consider fully the offer. Therefore the closing date has been extended to the time below and will now close on Friday 25[th] November 2011. Other dates change as follows:
