Dear Sir / Madam,
ENTITLEMENT ISSUE ALLOTMENT AND ISSUE
The Directors are pleased to advise that they have today resolved to allot and issue as part of the Non Renounceable Entitlement Issue 12,716,089 ordinary fully paid shares at 19.5 cents each to raise a total of \$2,479,637. In addition the Directors have resolved to issue a free attaching option (as set out in the Entitlement Issue offer document) for every two entitlement shares taken up. This will see 6,358,044 options issued exerciseable at 25 cents on or before 30 November 2008.
The shares and options will be downloaded into the issuer sponsored sub-register today, Thursday 21 December 2006.
After this issue the Company will have a total of 72,578,738 ordinary fully paid shares on issue.
The final amount of the shortfall was 17,215,236 shares or 57.5% of the offer, the Directors in conjunction with their underwriters and advisors, will be seeking to place the shortfall early in the new year and in accordance with the listing rules
A statement setting out the top 20 largest holders of the ordinary shares and the percentage held is attached
A statement setting out the range of holders in respect of the new class of option holders will be forwarded in due course.
