NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Brightstar Resources Limited (ASX: BTR ) ( Brightstar or the Company ) advises that Mr Ashley Fraser has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director from the Board of Brightstar effective 5pm AWST, Tuesday 2 December 2025.
Mr Fraser has served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company since completion of the Linden Gold Alliance Limited acquisition on 3 June 2024 and has provided valuable contributions to the Company since his appointment.
The Board acknowledges Mr Fraser’s support during his tenure and expresses its sincere appreciation for his contribution to Brightstar. The Company looks forward to continuing a strong and collaborative relationship with Mr Fraser and the Blue Cap Mining Group, a highly regarded mining contractor and investor group operating in Australia. The Board extends its best wishes to Mr Fraser in his future endeavours.
