RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16(1), Brightstar Resources Ltd ( ASX: BTR ) ( Brightstar or the Company ) advises that as a result of the ongoing restructure of the operations of the Company, Mr. Tony Lau has ceased his position as Joint Company Secretary of the Company.

Mr Luke Wang will continue in his role as Company Secretary.

The Board thanks Mr Lau for his service to the Company and wishes him the best for the future.
