Resignation of Independent Director
The board advises that Mr Ross Louthean Independent Director of the company has tendered his resignation with effect from today. Mr Louthean joined the board in February 2009 in the days when the company was known as A1 Minerals Limited and remained on the board after Stone Resources Limited acquired a majority stake in the company in November 2011.
The board sincerely thanks Mr Louthean for his contribution during his time and wishes him well. The board will look for an appropriate replacement as independent director and will inform the market in due course.
