Resignation of Director
The board has accepted the resignation of Mr Richard Stroud. Mr Stroud joined the board to assist in reviewing mining operations in August 2010, and now has increased work commitments and cannot devote the required time to A1 Minerals.
The board sincerely thanks Rick for his contribution during his time and wishes him well.
