A1 Minerals Limited Board Changes

As a result of the completion of the transaction with Stone Resources Limited today, the following changes to the board of directors of A1 Minerals Limited have been made.

Mr Michael Hunt has resigned as Chairman.

Mr William Hobba has resigned as Director.

Mr Albert Longo has resigned as Director.

Mr Yongji Duan, Mr Kai Ye Shuai and Mr Edward Tai have each been appointed as Directors and will join the A1 Minerals Limited board. Mr Ross Louthean will remain on the board as Director.
