Dear Sir / Madam,
It is with deep regret that the Board of Directors of A1 Minerals informs the market that Roy Dudney, Director of A1 Minerals Limited, passed away on 10th October, in Perth.
Roy was a strong force behind A1 Minerals Limited especially in its formative years; he was a founding Director and its original Chairman before A1's successful listing on the ASX.
Roy believed in helping others succeed. He actively supported the Company as a Director and substantial Shareholder. He always spoke clearly and directly with an uncomplicated feet-on-theground style that was the same in the boardroom as it was talking to friends, colleagues or investors about A1.
Roy will be sadly missed.
The Chairman and Directors of the Board pass their heart felt condolences to Roy's family.
