RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR
Brightstar Resources Limited (ACN 100 727 491) ( Company ) advises that, having received consent of ASIC, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has resigned as auditor of the Company with effect from today.
The Company has appointed Pitcher Partners BA&A Pty Ltd as its auditor for the period ended 31 December 2020 and year ended 30 June 2021. The Company will seek confirmation of the appointment of Pitcher Partners BA&A Pty Ltd to continue as its auditor for future years at the Company’s AGM to be held later this year.
The Company sought a change in auditors to an audit firm that it considered to be a better fit with the Company’s size and requirements.
The Company also would like to take this opportunity to thank Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for their past assistance and services to the Company.
