Revised Date of AGM

Brightstar Resources Limited (ASX: BTR) ( Brightstar or the Company ) advises, that the date for the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been changed to Monday, 24 November 2025.

The Company reschedule the Meeting date in order to allow the Company sufficient time to finalise its Notice of Meeting, and items within it that require further deliberation.

Director nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 13 October 2025 in line with section 14.3 of the Company’s constitution.
