EXTENSION OF TIME TO HOLD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Stone Resources Australia Limited (the Company) advises that the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) has granted the Company an extension of time within which the Company must hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) from 30 November 2012 to 14 December 2012.

The Company applied to ASIC for an extension of time to hold its AGM as due to the legal proceedings brought against it by Hawker Geological Services Pty Ltd, it had to locate an alternative geologist to sign off on its exploration results contained in the Annual Report. ASIC has agreed to grant the extension of time for the AGM until 14 December 2012.
