Clarifying Statement to the AGM Presentation

A1 Minerals Limited would like to clarify some components of the recent presentation made at the company’s recent Annual General Meeting.

A competent person’s statement was inadvertently left out of the presentation and is provided below:

“The information in this report that relates to Exploration Results, Mineral Resources or Ore Reserves is based on information compiled by Mr Andrew James Hawker, who is a Member of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Hawker has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the ‘Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves’ (The JORC Code, 2004 Edition). Mr. Hawker is the Principal Geologist of Hawker Geological Services Pty Ltd and consents to the

inclusion in the report of the matters based on his information in the form and context in which it appears”

On pages 23 and 39 of the presentation references were made to potential ounces at Alpha, Delta, Epsilon and Eta. These potential ounces were not verified by a competent person and A1 Minerals Limited retracts these figures.
