Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform the Exchanges that the EY India has started the financial due diligence on the target company with whom the Brightcom Group signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) on July 07, 2021.

We have also appointed Tempest Legal Associates to perform legal due diligence and help negotiate a definitive agreement with the legal counsel of the sellers.
