RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

The Board announces that Mr. Kwok has tendered his resignation as an executive Director and marketing director of the Company as well as all other positions within the Group, all with effect from 28 February 2017.

RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Bright Smart Securities & Commodities Group Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) hereby announces that Mr. Kwok Sze Chi (“ Mr. Kwok ”) has tendered his resignation as an executive Director and marketing director of the Company as well as all positions, roles and duties within the Group, all with effect from 28 February 2017, to allow him to devote more time for his personal commitments (the “ Resignation ”). Mr. Chik Yiu Fai, the Head of Research Department of the Group will temporary take over Mr. Kwok’s major job duties of the marketing director.

Mr. Kwok has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board. Both Mr. Kwok and the Board are not aware of any matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Kwok for his valuable efforts and contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
