ANNOUNCEMENT

Change of Company Secretary

The Board announces that Mr. Chan Kwan Pak (陳筠栢) has resigned as the Company Secretary and Ms. Lam Mei Kam, Catharine (林美金) has been appointed as the Company Secretary, both with effect from 28 May 2012.

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of the Company announces that Mr. Chan Kwan Pak (陳筠栢) has tendered his resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the “ Company Secretary ”) with effect from 28 May 2012. Mr. Chan has confirmed that he has no claims against the Company and that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or the shareholders of the Company.

The Board also announces that Ms. Lam Mei Kam, Catharine (林美金) has been appointed as the Company Secretary with effect from 28 May 2012. Ms. Lam is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Business Administration. Ms. Lam has extensive experience in company secretarial practices. She has worked in the company secretarial department in several listed companies on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, financial institutions and a renowned accounting firm for nearly 15 years.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Chan for his services and contributions to the Company in the past and express its warmest welcome to Ms. Lam for her new appointment.
