The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., Monday, 7[th] August, 2023 inter alia considered and approved the allotment of 57,921 equity shares under the ‘Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan, 2017’.

The paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 2,30,79,25,550/- to Rs. 2,30,85,04,760/- due to the aforesaid allotment.

The meeting of the Committee commenced at 5:30 p.m. and concluded at 6:10 p.m.
