A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Wednesday, 13[th] August, 2025 to inter-alia consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30[th] June, 2025. This notice is pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to the above, the trading window of the Company is closed from Tuesday, 1[st] July, 2025 to Friday, 15[th] August, 2025 for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This is in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018 read with Clause VII (d) of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Brigade Enterprises Limited.
