A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 28[th] May, 2024 to inter-alia to:

• a) consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31[st] March, 2024.

• b) consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2024.

This notice is pursuant to Regulation 29 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to the above, the trading window of the Company is closed from Monday, 1[st] April, 2024 to Thursday, 30[th] May, 2024 for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This is in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018 read with Clause VII (d) of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Brigade Enterprises Limited.
