Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting
Bridgepoint announces that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the notice of 2024 annual general meeting and proxy form for the 2024 annual general meeting have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism which can be accessed at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
The 2024 annual general meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 15 May 2024 at Bridgepoint's offices at 5 Marble Arch, London, W1H 7EJ.
A copy of the 2024 notice of meeting will shortly be available from www.bridgepoint.eu.
