Completion of acquisition of 51% interest in Brightside Disability Support & Respite

Further to its announcement on 6 August 2024, the board of Bridge SaaS Limited ( ASX : BGE ) is pleased to announce that its acquisition of a 51% interest in the issued capital of Brightside Disability Support & Respite Pty Ltd ACN 647 612 717 was completed today.
