EBT Share Purchase and Additional Programme

Brickability Group PLC, the leading construction materials distributor, was notified that on 22 October 2025, Equiniti Trust (Jersey) Limited, in its capacity as trustee (the "Trustee") of the Brickability Group PLC Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), purchased 160,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55.6 pence per Ordinary Share.

The EBT holds Ordinary Shares for the benefit of the Company's employees and satisfies the vesting of awards made under the Company's share incentive schemes.

Following the above transaction, the EBT holds 753,221 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company also announces that, in addition to the programme announced on 21 March 2025 for the Trustee to make market purchases of Ordinary Shares up to £50,000 per month, the Trustee will commence a further programme to purchase up to 800,000 Ordinary Shares for the period from 27 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 (the "Additional Programme").

The Trustee of the EBT will purchase Ordinary Shares in accordance with the Additional Programme, which seeks to mitigate the dilutive impact of share option awards and to improve overall shareholder return.
