Availability of 2023 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Brickability Group PLC, the leading construction materials distributor, today announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2023, together with the Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"), are available for viewing on the Company's website, www.brickabilitygroupplc.com and have been posted to those shareholders that have elected to receive a hard copy.

The Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of the Company at Queensgate House, Cookham Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1RB at 12.00 p.m. on Tuesday 5 September 2023. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. 

Shareholders are welcome to attend in person, however as voting on the resolutions will be conducted on a poll the Directors encourage shareholders to submit their votes in advance of the meeting. For those shareholders unable to attend the AGM in person for any reason, but would like to ask the Directors a question on the business of the meeting, please email your question to investors@brickabilitygroupplc.com by 12.00 p.m. on Monday 4  September 2023  and a reply will be sent to you after the meeting has closed.
