Availability of 2022 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Brickability Group PLC, the leading construction materials distributor, today announces that the Company's  Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2022, together with the Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"), are available for viewing on the Company's website at Reports and Presentations 2022 and have been posted to those shareholders that have elected to receive a hard copy.

The Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of the Company at Queensgate House, Cookham Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1RB at 12.00p.m. on Tuesday 6 September 2022. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. 

Shareholders are welcome to attend in person however the Directors encourage shareholders to submit their votes in advance of the meeting. For those shareholders unable to attend the AGM in person due to Covid or other reasons, but would like to ask the Directors a question on the business of the meeting, please email your question to investors@brickabilitygroupplc.com  and a reply will be sent to you after the meeting has closed. We would ask that any shareholder who may have Covid symptoms not to attend the meeting in person for everyone's health and safety.
