Notice of Final Results
and Notice of AGM
Brickability Group plc (AIM: BRCK) (the "Company") expects to release its Final Results during the week commencing 14 September 2020. Although the business closed at the start of lock-down, the Group saw strong trading in the year ended 31 March 2020 and trading has also been encouraging following the 'lock-down' period. The Directors consider it appropriate to continue to pay a final dividend on the ordinary shares following the maiden interim dividend paid in December 2019 and the Directors propose to advise shareholders of the amount of the proposed final dividend in the Final Results.
The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at 11.00 am on 29 September 2020.
The notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available on the Company's website wwwbrickabilitygroupplc.com. The annual financial statements will not be sent with the Notice of AGM and will be sent to shareholders separately.
