PDMR shareholding
Brickability Group PLC, the leading construction materials distributor, announces that it has been informed that on 17 January 2025 Richard Cosgrove, Managing Director within the Bricks and Building Materials Division, exercised his vested 2021 LTIP options over 18,097 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Richard sold 8,709 Ordinary Shares at a price of 60.10 pence each to cover the purchase costs and his tax liabilities.
Following this purchase, Richard Cosgrove is beneficially interested in 94,011 Ordinary Shares in the Group representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
