Brickability Group PLC, the leading construction materials distributor, announces that it has been informed that Douglas Bryce, Managing Director within the Contracting Division, has purchased 559,750 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at an average price of 67.4 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Douglas Bryce is beneficially interested in 559,750 Ordinary Shares in the Group representing 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
