Brickability Group PLC, the leading construction materials distributor, announces that it has been informed that on 12 December 2024, Clive Norman, Non-Executive Director, sold 400,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 64 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this sale, Clive Norman is beneficially interested in 3,007,096 Ordinary Shares in the Group representing 0.94% of the issued share capital of the Company.
