Director/PDMR Shareholding

Brickability Group plc (AIM: BRCK) announces that it was notified on 14 December 2022 that Paul Hamilton, Chief Operating Officer and a PDMR of the Group, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 December 2022 at a price of 66.7 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Hamilton is beneficially interested in 20,207,298 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.7 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
