Total Voting Rights

In accordance with section 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs), the Group hereby notifies the market of the following:

The Group's issued capital as at 31 August 2022, consists of 299,615,509 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (Ordinary Shares) with voting rights attached. Of these, no Ordinary Shares are held exclusive of voting rights in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brickability as at 31 August 2022 is 299,615,509.

Shareholders may use the figure of 299,615,509 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Brickability under the DTRs.
