The Company's issued capital as at 31 October 2021, consists of 298,534,802 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (Ordinary Shares) with voting rights attached. Of these, no Ordinary Shares are held exclusive of voting rights in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brickability Group PLC as at 31 October 2021 is 298,534,802.

Shareholders may use the figure of 298,534,802 Ordinary Shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Brickability Group PLC under the DTRs.
