Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director

The Board of Brickability today announces that Giles Beale will step down from his role as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Giles will leave the Board on 31 March 2023. Sharon Collins will be appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and as a member of the Nomination Committee, following Giles' leaving.
