The Company announces that with immediate effect Stuart Overend, Chief Financial Officer, will be taking a leave of absence due to ill health.

The Board and all his colleagues wish Stuart a swift and full recovery.

In Stuart's absence, his finance duties will be covered by his team led by Michelle Erickson and Dee Pattemore and a further update will be made in due course.
