ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE MARKET

BRF S.A. (" BRF " or " Company ") (B3: BRFS3; NYSE: BRFS), announces to its shareholders and the market in general that Mr. Rubens Fernandes Pereira, presented, on the date hereof, his resignation as Vice President of Strategy, Management and Innovation.

Mr. Pereira decided to leave the company and will remain in the current position up to October 9 th 2020. BRF sincerely thanks his great contribution while leading important projects of the Company and wishes success in his new challenges.

Temporarily, the organizational structures managed by Mr.Pereira within the scope of Strategy, Management & Innovation will be distributed to the other members of the Executive Committee of the Company.
