Regarding the notice to shareholders released on December, 20 2012, we hereby inform that the interest on its own capital to shareholders is R$ 0,20084501 gross per share.

The payment will begin on February 15, 2013 with withholding tax according to the law in effect.

This payment will be included in compulsory dividends, according to current law.
