Compliance Statement

We will fully meet the obligation as a listed company to submit, publish and provide shareholders with permanent access to disclosure in accordance with Section 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act during the course of the current fiscal year.

Our Management and Supervisory Boards believe in the objectives of the Code to foster a responsible and transparent corporate management style and control directed toward achieving a sustained increase in shareholder value. We therefore intend to document in our disclosure pursuant to Section 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act that the Company will follow all recommendations of the Code.
