Board Appointment

Blenheim is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlie Ainslie Wood to its board of directors as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Charlie Wood, aged 42, is a fellow of the Securities Institute of Australia and has held senior financial and management positions in both publicly listed and private enterprises in Australia, Europe and Africa.  Mr. Wood has considerable corporate finance experience with a focus on the mining and oil & gas sectors.  He is currently non-executive chairman of AIM-quoted Mayan Energy Limited, an oil and gas company focused on the redevelopment of mature oilfields of Texas and Oklahoma.

Chris Ells, Chairman, commented that:

Charlie brings to Blenheim a wealth of experience in natural resource businesses and is well versed in corporate finance which will be extremely helpful as we continue to drive forward the growth of the business. In addition, Charlie will assume the role of overseeing administration tasks currently the responsibility of our Chairman."

Mr Wood currently holds 1,666,667 shares in Blenheim.
