Blenheim announces that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 12 noon on Friday 15 September 2017 at 4th Floor, 40 Queen Street, London EC4R 1DD.

Copies of the notice convening the AGM have today been sent to shareholders together with copies of the annual report and accounts for the period ended 31 March 2017.  The notice of AGM will shortly be made available on the Company's website: www.blenheimnaturalresources.com.
