• (2) over the period 24 August 2017 and 28 August 2017, Rural Aviation (1963) Limited acquired a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in Bremworth via on-market trades for total consideration of NZ$29,000 (resulting in Rural Aviation (1963) Limited holding 8,567,642 ordinary shares in Bremworth).

The registered owner of the shares acquired by Mangawhai Collective Limited will be ASB Nominees Limited <203135>.
