("Breedon" or the "Company")

Additional Block Listing of Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission of securities in respect of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM (the "Block Admission"). New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme.

New Ordinary Shares issued under the block listing will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 3 May 2018.

The Company's issued share capital will not change as a result of the Block Admission.
