Director and PDMR Dealings

The Company has been notified that Alan Mackenzie, Managing Director of Breedon Northern Limited and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'), and Caroline Jacobs, spouse of Stephen Jacobs, Head of Communications and Marketing and a PDMR, have sold ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to utilise their annual capital gains tax exemption as detailed below:
