Director and PDMR Dealings

and Issue of Equity

The Company announces that certain Directors and PDMRs of the Company have today been allotted a total of 1,316,260 new ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as a consequence of the vesting of awards made under the Company's Performance Share Plan in 2016 and 2017.

The table below sets out the number of new Ordinary Shares that each Director and PDMR has received:

Following the allotment above, there will be 1,686,470,121 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which none are held in treasury.
