Directors' Dealings

Breedon announces that, on 10 March 2016, David Williams, a director of the Company, sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares for 68.0p per share and, as a consequence, he now has an interest in 16,710,636 ordinary shares representing 1.45% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.

Breedon further announces that, on 10 March 2016, Simon Vivian, who resigned as a director of the Company on the same date, sold 6,000,000 ordinary shares for 68.0p per share and, as a consequence, he now has an interest in 10,509,371 ordinary shares representing 0.91% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.

As at today there are 1,149,405,537 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
