Grant of SAYE Options

The Company has today been notified that Rob Wood, a director of the Company, is intending to participate in the Breedon Aggregates Savings Related Share Option Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme"). Under the terms of the SAYE Scheme, Mr Wood is committed to contributing £500 per month, over a five year period. As at 1 June 2019 the accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the SAYE Scheme as cash or used to exercise options over the Company's ordinary shares which have been granted at 37.8 pence per ordinary share. Assuming full participation in the SAYE Scheme, Mr Wood would have an option over 79,365 shares in the Company.

As at today's date Mr Wood holds no ordinary shares in the Company.
