Excusive right granted for due diligence on subsidiary company

Intra Energy Corporation (ASX:IEC) advises that it has received the payment of US$100,000 from an Africanbased Financial Services Company active in the mining sector for the exclusive right to investigate the possibility of a merger or acquisition of IEC’s subsidiary Intra Energy (Tanzania) Limited in Africa. The exclusive right will be valid for six weeks and will involve due diligence activities and discussions with management.
