Completion of Private Placement and Changes to IEC Board

Intra Energy Corporation (ASX:IEC) advises that it has completed the placement of 10,000,000 shares at 0.68 cents per share representing a 20% discount to the 7 day volume-weighted average price, to Mr Benjamin Dunn. IEC further advises the subsequent appointment of Mr Dunn as a Director of IEC.

Mr Graeme Robertson, Chairman, commented “The Board of IEC welcomes Benjamin Dunn’s appointment as a Director of IEC. His immediate focus will be to develop a resource base for IEC in Australia in addition to our interest in the Lurio River gold concession in Mozambique. He has acquired shares in IEC to support his intention to work to enhance shareholder value.”

Benjamin Dunn is a graduate in Law (Bond University) with an MBA (Melbourne University) and has over 20 years of international business experience in Legal, Equities and Capital Raising fields, primarily focused on the Resources sector.

He practised law before joining blue chip investment houses BNP, Citigroup and JP Morgan in both Australia and Asia, working across multiple jurisdictions. More recently Benjamin has worked with Australian and London based Private Equity firm and a Family Office on resources and logistics investments. He resides in both Melbourne and Singapore.
